Patriot Extended Day Program

CCA offers the Patriot Extended Day Program for families who need supervision for their child(ren) outside of regular school hours. Before-school programming is available from 7:30–8:15 am, while after-school programming is available from 3:30–4:30 pm or 3:30–5:30 pm.

Monthly Enrollment

Families who regularly utilize the Patriot Extended Day Program must enroll on a monthly basis. Fees are due by the 15th of each month and will be invoiced through your FACTS financial account.

If your needs change, please notify the school office by the 25th of the month to make changes for the following month. This includes discontinuing participation or enrolling in the program. Families who do not make changes by the deadline will be automatically re-enrolled for the following month.

The rates for each session are listed below and are based on one student per family. Families with multiple students participating before and/or after-school, will receive a prorated rate, as outlined in the Student Handbook.

Drop-In Care

Families who occasionally need unexpected supervision, may utilize the program at the drop-in rate of $8.00 per student, per session. The drop-in rate will be invoiced the following month through your FACTS financial account. Families with multiple students will receive a prorated rate for additional students, as outlined in the Student Handbook.

Parents/guardians are asked to notify the school office in advance whenever possible if their child(ren) will be utilizing the drop-in option.
